The CITO Group is headed by: 

1) DATO' SRI DR HJ. ABU RAIHAN WAN JAAFAR (Group Business Adviser)

Dato Sri Dr Abu Raihan had humble beginnings. He joined Tractors Malaysia Sdn. Bhd in their sales and marketing team and was there for almost six (6) years from 1975 to 1981. With his entrepreneurial skills, in 1982, he decided to venture into the supply of manpower to petroleum related industries. From there, he began involving himself in the supplies/trading, construction and development and agricultural related businesses. He had to endure tough times during the recessions but yet he was able to counter it with ease and the company prospered graciously.

He established good business relationships both locally and abroad. After more than twenty (20) years under his flagship the company diversified and grew steadily, and has expanded to include trading, constructions, energy, telecommunication, aviation, information technology, motor, cosmetic, healthcare and others. Presently, there are fourteen (14) active subsidiaries/associated companies within the CITO GROUP OF COMPANIES. With his experience and wisdom he foresaw more opportunities and has consolidated his position and is geared to capitalize on it. He now acts as the Group Business Adviser.

2) DATIN SRI DATO HJH. NOORHASIMAH MOHD NOOR (President)

Datin Sri Noorhasimah has been the constant driving force behind Dato Sri Abu Raihan. Having gone through the same turbulence during the recession, Datin Sri was determined to steer the Group into the successful company it is today.  She heads the Project Management team, the Finance and Administration, the Advisory and Consultancy as well as oversees the general running of the business. She is responsible not only to ensure that the company maintains proper records and control but also provides encouragement and enthusiasm to the supporting staff. With a good background of dealing with accounts and administration, she persevered . Her determination and entrepreneurship capability has enabled her to nurture the company to where it stands now.

She is supported by three (3) other  equally capable team heads with varied exposure.  

They are dynamic, aggressive, and innovative and can take on many challenges . 

CITO Group has been in business since 1985. The company was initially known as Zamada Marketing (M) Sdn.Bhd. It started its business as the supplier of fertilizers and other chemical related products to the agricultural sectors. Later on it expanded to be the supplier for various types of materials and also manpower to the oil and gas and engineering industries and changed its name to CITO Consultancy (M) Sdn.Bhd.

Since then, the company has established itself to be one of the leading suppliers of professional and semi professional support personnel to Petronas. CITO has also been able to establish good rapport with various international organizations and has brought in many foreign experts to work in Malaysia and vice versa. At the same time CITO also managed to capitalize on the good relationship with various international organizations and have become appointed as their representative agent in Malaysia. In line with its growth related to the oil and gas activities, in 1995 the company was named CITO Petroleum (M) Sdn.Bhd.

Until now CITO has successfully obtained licenses and is registered with Petronas for services/supplies of generators, mechanical maintenance, painting & gritblasting, research management, manpower supply, offshore construction-pipelines & subsea structure, quality assurance-inspection and corrosion services, chemicals-paint. We have been steadily growing according to the needs and our capability .

To streamline our activities in Malaysia the company has opened few branches strategically located at Kerteh, Lumut, Miri and Kota Kinabalu.

In order to keep abreast with the current development and to ensure proper standard practices, the company successfully obtained the ISO 9001:2000 certification. 

We are moving one step ahead to provide services in exploration work through our joint venture with overseas company as our technical back up team.
